Dear Subscriber,I'm absolutely delighted to announce that theholisticshop.com has been shortlisted as a regional finalist for the DTI/InterForum 2005 E-Commerce Awards.
The E-Commerce awards are designed to recognise and reward those organisations that have demonstrated excellence through the use of the Internet and other Information & Communications Technologies.
I wanted our subscribers to be the very first to hear our news; you, our loyal customers and readers have been both the aim and the inspiration for our business, and for the innovations we have introduced (usually on a shoe-string!)
The Regional finals will be decided at an awards ceremony at Sandown Park racecourse on the 26th September, and we'll be there!
We have to admit that, although we hoped we would be shortlisted, we knew our entry would be up against some very stiff competition. We firmly believe that as long as great value, quality and customer service are in the forefront of a company's goals and missions, size doesn't matter! We would like to give our heartfelt thanks to the customers, visitors and subscribers who took the time to give us feedback, both positive and negative, and to encourage and support us in what we were doing. Without that support, we wouldn't be finalists in this prestigious award, in our first full year of trading!
