Delivery Rates & Back Orders
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible; all UK orders are dispatched by first or second class Royal Mail as selected. If your items are in stock we will normally despatch your order on the next working day, or at the latest within 3-5 working days. Please feel free to use this order status link to email us to query the status of an outstanding order. International orders are generally despatched within 7 working days. Free Delivery Offer
Delivery is FREE to UK customers for all orders placed with a total value of £29 or more.
Items must be ordered at the same time to qualify for this offer, and must be delivered to the same UK address. Postage and packing will be deducted at the point of invoicing; all orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail's standard parcel delivery service, which generally takes an additional 2-3 working days. Unfortunately this offer cannot currently be extended outside the UK due to overseas shipping rates. Back to Top
