 Latest News A New Addition to Our Mission Statement February 2009 When we started the Holistic Shop business and website we mapped out five main aims that would encompass our mission statement. However we have now added a sixth aim, which explains our policy towards the three "R's" - reduce, reuse and recycle. We feel it is important to explain what we are doing towards minimising the waste we send to landfill, and our effect on the environment. Items must be ordered at the same time to qualify for this offer, and must be delivered to the same UK address. Postage and packing will be deducted at the point of invoicing; all orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail's standard parcel delivery service, which generally takes an additional 2-3 working days. Unfortunately this offer cannot be extended outside the UK due to overseas shipping rates. From Monday 2nd March 2009, we will no longer accept postal and faxed orders; this was a decision we took as both increased administration and logistics costs (we live a long way away from the bank!) mean that we weren't offering customers the best service with these options. Payment is accepted in pounds sterling (GBP) - if you need to convert a different currency into sterling, please use our currency converter link. Credit Card Payment and Security It will only be decrypted after reaching our computer, and will not be held in clear text on this or any other website. You may send your credit card information to us via phone, by faxing the mail order form, by post or over the internet. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, and Maestro credit cards. Please note that payment will be charged to your credit card in pounds sterling (GBP) - to convert this amount into a different currency, please use our currency converter link.
