These are well made but very decorative boxes for safe storage of your essential oils, away from sunlight and dust. Constructed from Brass-inlaid wood, these boxes are solid and very attractive. Suitable for most 5ml and 10ml (0.17 and 0.35 fl oz) essential oil bottles, and for all essential oils sold at The Holistic Shop. (The price stated is for the box only and does not include essential oils).
These boxes are handmade in India, and as such are fairly "rustic"; we personally check all boxes sold to ensure they are fit for purpose, that is that they will hold the stated number of bottles, and that the lid closes, the latch works etc.
However there may be variations in wood colouring, in the quality of the brass inlay, and in the internal compartments.
We feel that this only adds to their charm, and reflects the hand made nature of the boxes. These are beautifully decorative boxes at a great price, but if you are likely to be unhappy with some natural variations as noted above, you may prefer not to consider one of these boxes.
We have included this note as several customers have given us feedback that the boxes appear to have minor variations and imperfections, so we want to clarify that this is indeed the case.
